Refund Policy ## 60-day returns You can return your order within 60 days of receiving it. ## Conditions - Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. - Opened products cannot be returned, unless they are defective or incorrect. ## How to start a return Email info@paw-vitality.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. ## Return shipping costs - The customer pays the return shipping costs. - Exception: if your product arrived damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, we cover the return shipping costs. ## Refunds Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 14 days.
